Few extra slots for Junk Blade
Even if Monge and Kreis use the Junk Collector that came out of Mei Suiri as bait and send him to GY, Shingen and Valve create this person and he resurrects the Junk Collector again.
I don't really know how to use it other than that, but even if the target is narrowed down, it's relatively easy to use in that it can be revived during a Synchro Summon.
